  • Bailable Status: Bailable (Bail is a legal right — granted at police station)
  • Cognizable Status: Non-cognizable (Police cannot arrest without warrant)
  • Triable Court: Any Magistrate
  • Official Punishment: Fine of 1,000 rupees.not giving information of riot, etc

Person for whose benefit

  • Bailable Status: Bailable (Bail is a legal right — granted at police station)
  • Cognizable Status: Non-cognizable (Police cannot arrest without warrant)
  • Triable Court: Any Magistrate
  • Official Punishment: Fine.or on whose behalf a riot takes place not using all lawful means to prevent it
