- Right to Speed: The right to a 'Speedy Trial' is part of Article 21. If a trial takes too long, it can be a ground for bail.

Tip: If a family member is in jail and you can't afford a lawyer, contact the 'District Legal Services Authority' (DLSA) in your local court.
