    In an emergency (like an accident), a hospital MUST provide immediate medical aid without waiting for police formalities or payment.

    Fact: Refusing emergency treatment is a violation of the Fundamental Right to Life under Article 21.

    • No hospital can refuse treatment to a person in a critical condition.
    • The 'Golden Hour' rule: Saving a life is more important than paperwork.

    Hospitals cannot keep a patient or a body 'hostage' if the family is unable to pay the bill.
