Q: Can a shop charge more than MRP?

A: No. Charging even 1 paisa above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is a legal offense. Report to the Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000).

Q: Is 'No Exchange/No Refund' valid?

A: No. If a product is defective, the shop MUST offer a refund or exchange. 'No Refund' boards are legally invalid.

Q: Hospital Emergencies

A: As per the Supreme Court, every hospital (private or public) is duty-bound to extend medical help for emergency cases without waiting for police formalities.
