  • Cognizable Status: Non-cognizable (Police cannot arrest without warrant)
  • Triable Court: Any Magistrate
  • Official Punishment: Simple imprisonment forto an order from public1 month, or fine of servant.5,000 rupees, or both

If the order requires personal

  • Bailable Status: Bailable (Bail is a legal right — granted at police station)
  • Cognizable Status: Non-cognizable (Police cannot arrest without warrant)
  • Triable Court: Any Magistrate
  • Official Punishment: Simple imprisonment forattendance, etc., in a Court. 6 months, or fine of 10,000 rupees, or both
