  • Official Punishment: Imprisonment for 3 months,human life or personalor fine of 2,500 rupees, safety of others.or both

  • Cognizable Status: Cognizable (Police can arrest without warrant)
  • Triable Court: Any Magistrate
  • Official Punishment: Imprisonment for 6 months,or fine of 5,000 rupees, or both
