- Cognizable Status: Cognizable (Police can arrest without warrant)
- Triable Court: Any Magistrate
- Official Punishment: Imprisonment for 3 months,human life or personalor fine of 2,500 rupees, safety of others.or both

- Bailable Status: Bailable (Bail is a legal right — granted at police station)
- Cognizable Status: Cognizable (Police can arrest without warrant)
- Triable Court: Any Magistrate
- Official Punishment: Imprisonment for 6 months,or fine of 5,000 rupees, or both
